The Parkside Community Association has voted to approve changes to our By-laws, governing how the business of the association is to be conducted. Under advice or our counsel, the revisions are designed to bring the PCA up to date with common practices, and to comply with New York State requirements for not-for-profit organizations.

No changes to our by-laws however may be enacted without a vote of approval from our membership. We are therefore calling for a special meeting of the members for Thursday Evening December 8th to discuss these revisions. If they are approved, we will be able to elect our 2012 Board at our Annual Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 17th, 2012.
